The Project

A new company with vast experience in the social care recruitment sector wanted to rebrand, using the name Pioneer. They look after senior and leadership positions within the care sector and needed a new logo, identity and website to match their ambitions.


The Method

The client already had an idea of what they wanted to see and how they wanted the brand to come across so we worked to interpret this for them, as opposed to creating concepts from scratch. The client wanted to use imagery of mountain-scapes and the great outdoors, as they felt this would stand out from their competitors. The brand needed to be fresh, clear and be able to be used in a variety of colours, depending on what they decided to do in the future. After presenting three concepts, we then created brand guidelines for them to use in-house and across their chosen channels, showing what the brand would and can look like when they start to grow the company.

The Results

The client now has a striking brand with guidelines, geared up for use online and social, and a website through which they can advertise positions directly from their in-house software, and receive applications from prospective candidates.
